At Pacific Performance Engineering, we want you to be completely satisfied with your apparel. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure tracked and secure transit back to our facility.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Place the original items, including all tags and original packaging, into a secure shipping box or mailer and attach the return label to the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
